Our brick and mortar store has our favorite items and books from estates of the Bay Area and Northern California. Located at 5050 Commerce Blvd, Rohnert Park.

Individualized Estate & Business Liquidation
We offer several options in regards to estate and business liquidations, from purchasing individual items, to a complete buyout and clean out. We offer anything from complete “one-stop shopping” in many regards, where we can handle virtually ever aspect of the property’s contents liquidation (free written estimate, buying or consigning the items, disposing or donating the items not worth selling, removing everything the owner desired removed from the premises, and leaving the premises swept clean), to clearing the property out after an estate sale (still purchasing or consigning the remaining items of value), or simply clearing out a property with primarily debris and items of no value. We also offer estate sale services.
Assessments & Appraisals
We can estimate the wholesale and retail value of a wide-variety of items, and provide a detailed written report–with pictures–usually within one to three days. We are not licensed or certified appraisers, however we have years of real and practical “field” experience in assessing value based on comparable items which have recently sold. The values provided by us in these appraisals and assessments are what the items would truly sell for, and what it would cost to replace, without “fluff”, or speculation. During our assessment and appraisal process, we utilize our past experience of buying and selling the same or similar items, as well as an in-depth research process we employ every day when conducting our own business of buying and selling. We do charge for this service, but are very reasonable.
